1. What should I bring to class?

Bring yourself and an open heart. We provide props like yoga mats, blankets and bolsters for support, but you’re welcome to bring your own. In addition, comfortable clothing you can move and rest in is all you need.

2. I’m new to yoga. Can I still join?

Absolutely. Ajé is a space for all levels, bodies, and experiences. Our classes are gentle, restorative, and designed to meet you where you are— no flexibility or prior experience required.

3. What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a range of practices that support rest, balance, and healing — including Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Mindful Meditation. Each session is crafted to help you release tension, reconnect with yourself, and restore your energy.

4. How long are the classes?

Restorative and nidra classes are 45-60 minutes and meditation classes are 30 minutes, allowing time for gentle movement, deep rest, and reflection. Occasionally, we host extended sessions or pop-up events that last 75–90 minutes— those will always be noted in advance.

5. Do I need to register in advance?

Yes, we encourage pre-registration to ensure your spot and help us prepare a calm, comfortable space for everyone. You can register online through our website.

6. What is the cost to attend?

Prices vary depending on the class type. Drop-in rates are typically $10–$15, and we offer free community classes to keep wellness accessible. No one is turned away for financial hardship— just reach out to us privately.

7. Where are classes held?

We currently host weekly in-person sessions on Wednesdays, in Moorestown, new Jersey and select pop-up events throughout the region. As Ajé grows, we’ll be expanding to online classes and workshops as well— join our email list to stay updated.

8. What if I can’t make it to class?

We understand— life happens. You can cancel or reschedule your spot up to 12 hours before class. If you miss a session, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a future class within the same month.

9. Do you offer private sessions or group bookings?

Yes. We offer private one-on-one sessions, small group experiences, and workplace wellness classes. These can be customized for your needs— whether it’s deep relaxation, emotional balance, or team restoration.

10. What if I’m pregnant or have an injury?

Please let us know before class so we can offer safe modifications and additional support. Our restorative and meditation-based practices are generally gentle and adaptable, but your comfort and safety always come first.

11. How can I stay updated about new classes and events?

Join our email list and facebook group, and follow us on Instagram for updates, reflections, and upcoming offerings. You’ll also receive early access to pop-up events and community gatherings.
